Equipped with two state-of-the-art CNC machines—one 3-axis and one 4-axis—our facility can handle projects with a width of up to 2 meters and a length of 5.5 meters. This allows us to create highly detailed and accurate plugs, which are then used to fabricate high-quality moulds.

For medium to high-volume production, we deliver a fully machined plug to then pull a mould from to produce consistent, precise articles.

For low-volume production, we can manufacture the mould itself to generate the required articles efficiently, offering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
